The first thing we need to understand is that nothing causes more emotional distress than the thoughts we think. We try so hard to demand the bad thoughts to go away, yet we do not see that we are being caught up in a vicious cycle…
At the end of the day, I crossed everything off my lists but I could not say that this has been a meaningful day for me. Was I purposeful today to myself and to others? I have been caught up in doing that I forgot that the most important thing is „to be“. To be and connect to yourself and to connect with others on a deeper level.
Tune out the world and all distractions around you. At the end, the only person and schedule you need to focus on is yours…
“I have to be floating away to stay on the ground” – a quote that I carry with me for a very long time. Sometimes in life, there are so many different noises and actions every single day, that we kind of get lost with what we want or even more:
Who we want to be in this world?
The expectation of my life and how great it is supposed to be never catches the truth of the reality I live in. The people I encounter everyday have their own dreams and wishes but I tend to be too selfish to listen.
I wish that everyone could just stop for a few minutes every day and sense the environment we live in.
